Emma Willard School

C.T. Male was retained by Annum Architects & Emma Willard School to provide professional services for the Chapel Renovation and Arts Wing Expansion at the Emma Willard School in Troy, New York. This project blends historic architecture with sustainable building and site design. The services included:

• Site Civil Engineering: Site grading, fire access road engineering, utility engineering, and relocation.
• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP): Preparing and integrating sustainable stormwater practices, including a green roof for the new arts wing building.
• Geotechnical Engineering: Support for structural design and general site drainage design.
• Construction Phase Support: Periodic site visits, SWPPP inspections, contractor coordination, and review/approval of submittals.

The project was constructed under a Construction Manager At Risk contract agreement with Consigli Construction. C.T. Male played a key role in ensuring the successful execution of all engineering and environmental components.
