Glens Falls Hospital
ALTA NSPS Survey

C.T. Male was retained by Glens Falls Hospital to provide professional surveying services for their entire hospital site. The project consisted of an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey in connection with a proposed building addition at the site. These included Tax Map Parcels in Glens Falls, New York. The scope of services included:

• Preparation of a survey in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys”
• A survey showing aboveground visible structures on the parcels and structures on the adjoining parcels within five feet of the boundary lines
• A survey showing existing utilities and planimetric features within five feet of boundary lines
• Establishment of elevations based on NAVD88
• Documentation of Topographic features at 1-foot contour intervals
• Review of the up-to-date title report and certified survey

Once completed, C.T. Male reviewed the up-to-date title report and certified the survey. Mapping of this project was prepared using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
