Albany Law School
Existing Facility Evaluation

The Albany Law School Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion retained the services of C.T. Male to conduct an existing facility evaluation of the Albany Law School Campus to identify compliance with minimum accessibility guidelines and consider additional areas of improvement above minimum standards. C.T. Male conducted a site visit to visually observe and document the existing condition of the site and buildings. Site documentation included existing parking lots, site access points, sidewalks, driveways and signage as it relates to accessibility. Building documentation included existing building access points and interior spaces including public areas, restrooms, circulation, amenities, classrooms and offices as it relates to accessibility.

C. T. Male prepared a report that documented the results of the evaluation, identified observed deficiencies and provided recommendations for repairs and corrective actions. Photographic documentation and building and site plans identifying locations of deficiencies were included with the report.
