Town of Minden Highway Garage

Following a fire in December 2022, C.T. Male was retained by the Town of Minden to assess operational needs and develop a plan for a new town complex housing both Highway Department and Town Court functions. The initial phase included a Facility Needs Assessment, programmatic meetings, site investigations, conceptual designs, and cost estimates to help the Town prioritize critical needs and explore phased development options.

Building on the assessment, C.T. Male provided full design and construction documentation services for the new Highway Garage. This included boundary and topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, site layout and utility plans, structural and MEP designs, and a project manual compliant with NYS Wick’s Law. Regulatory review submissions were also completed to support project approvals.
