Montgomery County engaged C.T. Male to provide space planning and programming services for the courthouse located at 58 Broadway in Fonda, NY. The process began with a Programming Needs Assessment involving judges, security officers, and facility staff, and included a review of NYS Office of Court Administration (OCA) Guidelines. Preliminary floor plans were developed through multiple iterations and submitted to NYS OCA for review and approval.

Following approval, C.T. Male conducted a comprehensive facilities conditions assessment to document existing structural, architectural, and system conditions. A final report identified deficiencies and recommended corrective actions. The County then authorized C.T. Male to prepare schematic design documents integrating these findings into the approved OCA plan, including architectural layouts, foundation and roof plans, elevations, and a limited site plan.
