C.T. Male was responsible for construction staking right-of-way, limits of disturbance, sensitive wetland areas, work pads, access roads and poles. Two existing 115kv powerlines on wood poles are being replaced with steel monopoles capable of 345kv over a 55-mile section of right-of-way between Croghan and Marcy, NY known as the Southern Alignment.
