Developer Grant Funding

C.T. Male helps developers obtain Federal and State financing resources to support a variety of downtown revitalization, brownfield redevelopment, and infill mixed-use projects in cities, towns, and villages. Our Community Development Team identifies suitable main street revitalization and housing grant programs and prepares applications on behalf of developers and municipalities seeking to fill funding gaps for those projects.  We also provide environmental review, site planning, and grant management services to help both private and public clients meet funding program regulations, project timelines, and obtain their grant payments quickly after project completion.
