Don Albrecht
Survey Group Manager
Don began his career with C.T. Male Associates in 2017 as a Survey Project Manager. Two years later he was promoted to Operations Manager of the Survey Group and shortly thereafter promoted to Group Manager of the Latham Survey Division.

Environmental Operations Manager
Jonathan joined C.T. Male Associates in 2007 as a Field Geologist, and currently serves as the firm’s Environmental Division Operations Manager and Project Manager.

VP of Risk Management
Jim has worked at C.T. Male Associates since 1993. He is the Vice President of Risk Management and Regional Office Development and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Director of Business Operations
Michelle joined C.T. Male Associates in 1998. She is the Director of Business Operations for the firm. In this position, Michelle’s primary responsibilities are Finance and Operations related.

Chad joined the firm in 1998 and brings over 22 years of career experience in civil and environmental engineering, public works operations and administration, and construction to the project team.

Division Manager, Civil Engineering & Land
Pete is the Division Manager for the Civil Engineering and Land Services Division at C.T. Male Associates. Pete has over 30 years of diversified experience in Civil Site Engineering, Land Development, Municipal Engineering and Project Management.

Ray joined C.T. Male Associates in 1997 and serves as the Division Manager for the firms oldest and largest Division, Survey.

As the Managing Architect and Division Manager of the Architecture and Mechanical/Electrical Group, Nick’s roles include both management of professional and technical staff, as well as project related design work.

Director of Human Resources
Sue joined C.T. Male Associates in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources. As Director of Human Resources, Sue oversees workforce planning and employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee training and development.

Controller, Director of Finance
Phil joined C.T. Male Associates in 2000. He is the Director of Finance for the firm. In his position Phil’s primary responsibilities are managing the day to day financial operations and financial reporting to senior management and the shareholders.

Dan joined C.T. Male Associates in 1993 as an Environmental Engineer, and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Environmental Services Division Manager.

Tori J.E. Riley joined our firm in 2023 as the Director of Business Development after two decades in directing and driving economic development initiatives in Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties; both in executive and CEO roles.

Dave has been with C.T. Male Associates full time since 1984 and serves as the firm’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President.

Larry has been with C.T. Male Associates since 1997. He is the Director of Information Technology and a shareholder of the firm. In his role, he manages the hardware and software of the firm.
