C.T. Male has successfully prepared grant applications for the City of Glens Falls totaling $2.5 million since 2015 to provide financial and technical assistance to first-time home buyers in Warren County.  After grant award, C.T. Male works with the City, Warren County, mortgage lenders, housing counselors, and Realtors to help low-and-moderate income home buyers achieve the dream of ownership.  In just over 10 years, this Program will help nearly 50 buyers purchase homes in Glens Falls and other Warren County communities, stabilizing neighborhoods and building equity for working North Country households
