C.T. Male Associates was retained by Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) in 2010 as the Owner’s Surveyor for On-Call Services. The project was to support an energy infrastructure initiative to transmit clean, renewable hydroelectric power from Canada to New York City. Our scope of services includes:
