C.T. Male was retained by Dutchess Mining Corporation to provide mine permitting services for their Ridgecrest Farms Mine and Harlem Valley Sand & Gravel Facility. The team successfully supported the renewal of the Mined Land Reclamation Permits by conducting inspections, surveys, and submitting updated plans to comply with NYSDEC regulations.

- Inspection of Mining Operations: Evaluated mining activities at both the Ridgecrest Farms Mine and Harlem Valley Sand & Gravel Facility.
- Topographic Survey: Utilized FAA Licensed UAV drones to conduct topographic surveys of all active faces within each Life-of-Mine (LOM).
- Mine Permit Application: Prepared and submitted the required mine permit applications and reporting forms to NYSDEC.
- Updated Mine and Reclamation Plans: Updated revised narratives and mine planning documentation.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensured mining operations and reclamation activities adhered to local zoning laws, land use regulations, and NYSDEC Mined Land Reclamation permit/general conditions.
