Playground Rehab

C.T. Male provided grant coordination and administration services to the City of Rensselaer to implement its city-wide playground rehabilitation and reconstruction project at five separate park locations.  The City was awarded more than $1.1 million in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for the Project, and C.T. Male’s Community Development Team assisted the City with all facets of grant administration and compliance activities, including setup of accounts and records, the required environmental review process, Davis Bacon prevailing wage compliance, and help with grant drawdowns and closeout activities.
