of NY ALTA NSPS Survey

C.T. Male was retained by Waste Management of New York, LLC to provide an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for a 446-acre parcel in Northumberland, New York. While performing the initial survey, C.T. Male surveyed an additional adjacent 165-acre parcel. The scope of services for this project included:

• Preparation of a survey in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys”
• Staking major property corners with capped iron rods, where not previously marked
• Preparation of mapping using AutoCAD Civil 3D
